After the first successful International Conference on FIT-FOR-MARKET TRANSLATOR AND INTERPRETER TRAINING IN A DIGITAL AGE held at the Centre for Modern Languages Budapest, University of Technology and Economics, Hungary in 2018, we are delighted to announce the second conference in this series to be hosted by the Centre for Translation Studies (ZTW), University of Vienna, Austria.

The International Conference

TRANSLATION and TERMINOLOGY: BRIDGES between MARKET and TRAINING

seeks to provide a forum for trainers, professionals, and industry representatives to share ideas on how to strengthen the interface between market needs and training practice in the language industry.

Topics

This international conference on translation and terminology is open to a large variety of topics and approaches. Contributions could include the following:

Call for posters

Conference participants are invited to submit proposals for poster presentations (150-250 words) by 30 April 2019 to [email protected]

Abstracts should be attached to your e-mail as a WORD document [titled: surname_firstname.doc].
